The tour guides (Brian, Miguel, Omlev and staff) were very informative and the experience was fun. The illumination was low but the staff made sure we were able to see the glow by providing tarps and helpful tips.
Miguel, Brian and Daniel were our guides. They were exceptional. Very informative. I can’t wait to come back next year. This was so much. I highly recommend it but don’t come when the moon is close to full.
The staff at bio Bay made it a pleasurable experience for myself and my 83-year-old mother-in-law. They were exceptionally accommodating for her needs and did a wonderful job of helping us!
